Welcome to Sustainable Peoria

The City of Peoria is committed to creating a more livable, resilient, and prosperous community for all. Our vision is to be a leader in sustainability, not only in Arizona, but in the nation and the world.

We have developed a comprehensive and ambitious plan that covers eight key topics: energy, water, waste, transportation, land use, health, education, and governance. Our plan is based on the input and feedback of our residents, businesses, and stakeholders, who share our passion and commitment for a better future. We invite you to explore our plan and join us in our journey to make Peoria a more sustainable city. Together, we can make a difference for ourselves and for generations to come
